Our reports are available with the hope that they will serve for the design of future public policies, as well as so that academics, researchers, decision makers and the general public have a reference on how decisions, at different levels of government, have affected the vital signs of the country.

We are convinced that for a good design of public policies, their correct implementation and the evaluation of their impact and results, it is necessary to have firm, reliable and measurable evidence. Not having it hinders accountability and nullifies one of the pillars of a functional and modern democracy.
