Synopsis


The sanitary crisis impact has permeated the business environment in tourism through its different economic activities. This situation is caused by the activities related mainly to services demanding physical presence and people mobility (both providers and petitioners). The mobility in department stores decreased 71% (April 10th, 2020) in the most critical moment of the pandemic, while the decrease in parks shrunk 60% (April 26th).
